The ZAZM series electric sleeve regulating valve receives DC current signals from the regulating instrument, changes the flow rate of the regulated medium, and maintains the controlled process parameters at the given values. Widely used in the production automation control of industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, papermaking, etc.
The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa. The operating temperature range is from -40 ℃ to 450 ℃, and the received signal is from 0 to 10mA DC or 4-20mA DC. The electric single seat regulating valve is suitable for situations with small pressure difference, high medium viscosity, or slight particle impurities. Electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for situations with large pressure difference. According to the material of the sealing part of the valve, there are two types: metal metal and non-metal metal seals. The latter can achieve a leakage rate of VI level (zero leakage) when the valve is closed. According to the different packing materials, it can be divided into two types: general packing seal and corrugated pipe seal. The former is used in general occasions, while the latter is used in important occasions where leakage is not allowed. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage.
